Men’s Designer ($Open)

Our client designs Jr. funky, chic, unconventional and sophisticated men’s clothing, is presently looking for a designer for its lines:

Your duties:

Do the research for trends
Design a complete menswear line including knits coordinated sportswear and accessories
Participate in choosing fabrics
Follow tech packs with Fit Technician
Q.C. pre-production and shipping samples
Monitor the Issue of P.O. and the communication with makers

Experience/Skills required:

A very well organized person with good vision and great sense of fashion
The combined skills in fashion designing and garment construction
Knowledge of fit & specs of men's garments
Experience in the import process
To speak and write English and French
Strong computer and communication skills are definite assets.
Degree in design and Adobe illustrator are preferable.
