Ladies’ sportswear Designer/Merchandiser ($Open)

Reporting to the Owner, the incumbent creates and develops new products based on fashion trends, market' needs and the company's profile

Main Duties:

1. Participates, in cooperation with the Owner, in the development of the collection plan

2. Cooperates in research and selection of raw materials and accessories

3. Creates, based on fashion trends and fabrics, various thematic according to collection plan

4. Produces, inspired by thematic, basic sketches

5. Executes production of storyboards used to illustrate new products and/or collection

6. Realizes production of geometric drawings (detailed technical drawings)

7. Produces initial Fit and specifications, if needed, carries out appropriate corrections

8. Verifies conformity of prototype with specification sheet

9. Validates information of specification sheet intended for product management and industrial production

You are creative, organized and computer literate (Illustrator is a must).

You have experience in retail (is an asset).
