Production Supervisor ($ Open)

Reporting to the General Manager, the supervisor will be responsible to produce cost-effective and quality products that meet the client's standard.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and control your department
• Develop and carry out programs for efficient use of materials, labor and equipment, to achieve targets;
• Plan and implement modifications to machines and equipment;
• Forge and maintain good relations with all personnel
• Ensure the effective communication of information to all departments of the company;
• Participate in interviews, hire sewing operators and ensure that proper training is provided.

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications:

• 8 years’ experience in the fashion industry and/or the equivalent;
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Independence and initiative;
• Fluency in French and English
• Tact and diplomacy;
• Good communication skills;
• Team-player;
• Computer literate
