Reporting to the Import Quality Control Manager, your responsibilities are:

• Ensure that all QC requests made by customers are done timely and accurately
• Monitor and secure the appropriate production specifications and samples
• Monitor and obtain the appropriate quality specifications
• Communicate and resolve all quality problems with Customers
• Prepare all claims and submit them to appropriate personnel for quality corrections
• Ensure all Lab Dips are submitted to makers and are in accordance to original production specs

To qualify to this position, you must have similar experience. Details oriented and team player. You are computer literate and organized. Sewing experience is an asset.
