Warehouse and Logistic Manager (To 70K)

Under the authority and supervision of the president, you will:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of all the warehouse and staff;
• Co-ordinate and ensure the smooth running of the warehouse operations with the product, supply, follow-up and production planning teams;
• Implement work methods that respect delivery schedules and co-ordinate activities with other departments;
  • Solve work-related problems and recommend improvement methods for productivity and quality;
  • Ensure that workers receive training regarding work duties, safety measures and company policy;
  • Make recommendations regarding personnel management issues such as hiring and firing;
• Ensure that information is correctly conveyed in your team and to the rest of the company;
• Coordinate the movement of goods and negotiate rates with transport companies;

You should have the following qualifications:

• Ten years’ experience with textiles, allocations, Inventory and Import/export;
• Organisational and planning, interpersonal and diplomatic skills;
• Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently;
• Fluency in English and French;
• Strong communication skills and Team-player;
• Ability to adapt to contingencies and to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of Word and Excel; Momentis, ASN, etc
