Bilingual Planning Director - Retail Fashion Industry

Main Duties:
1. Establish seasonal purchasing budgets with team while maintaining a balance between the financial and buying Depts.
2. Analyze and monitor all KPI's and recommend all actions to be taken regarding margins and inventory level
3. Monitor Open to buy and ensure proper communication between planning and buying depts.
4. Responsible for reporting on all stock performance by department, by style, by store and presenting these reports to executives with recommendations
5. Work closely with allocations to ensure proper stock rotation

1. Bachelors degree in Business Admin or MBA
2. 5 years minimum of experience in planning in a retailer
3. 2 years experience managing a team
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Fluently bilingual
