Main Duties:

1. Answer all incoming inquiries regarding product or orders, either by phone or e-mail.
2. Communicating with Retailers, Buyers, End users, Reps, Web Questions
3. Support sales team with regards to inventory, product knowledge or orders.
4. Advise customers of any changes to orders, back orders, shipments, availability, returns, credits etc.
5. Shipping: Customs Documentation, FedEx, UPS, HST Codes, Managing Shipper and tasks, ASN, EDI, Vendor Manuals and compliance's, Ticketing goods, specific packing for each customer
6. Graphics: Need to know the basics on Illustrator and Photoshop for creating Flyers, Ads for Reps and Promo Mock-ups)
7. Data entry, invoicing (taxes), Order Entry, Reporting, Pricing, Issuing Credits and

Criteria:
1. 1 or 2 years of experience in customer service role whether in retail or in an office setting
2. Fluently bilingual
3. Dynamic, energetic, polite, professional and willing to learn

  • Lieu : Montreal
  • Compensation : $30,000-$33,000
