Main Duties:

1. Entering orders, invoicing, setting up customer accounts
2. Review inventory and coordinate flow of goods to warehouses
3. Data Entry
4. Sort daily mail delivery and handle most outgoing mail.
5. Customer follow-ups
6. Follow-up with production team
7. Organize showroom, keep track of samples

Criteria:

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing orders
2. Extremely organized
3. Experience in order entry, invoicing and inventory
4. Strong Excel skills
5. Superior English and French communication skills

  • Location: Montreal
  • Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000
