U.S. Sales Manager - Ladieswear

Main Duties:
1. Manage sales and business development for several different women's commodities with one major US based large retail chain (ie. JC Penny, Kohl's, Sears, Burlington Coat Factory).
2. Conduct effective presentations, identifying status of individual accounts and proposing recommendations to improve sales. Follow up with samples for styling, fit and quality approval, offer price and delivery date quotations and follow up until goods arrive at customers warehouse.
3. Liaison with overseas manufacturers to ensure proper flow of sample to production and delivery dates are respected. Trouble shoot when necessary.

Criteria:
1. Minimum 7-10 years experience as proven Sales/Business leader in the women's US sportswear market. You must have already established working relationships with buyers and be able to arrange sales presentation appointments with U.S. based retail chains.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding the women's sportswear market, ability to adapt styling towards customer requirements and budgets,
3. Bright, dynamic, autonomous, "go getter" attitude.
4. Able to travel throughout the US for sales visits, trade shows and trend shopping.
