From skinny to super flare, this Montreal-based company offers jeans that are trendy, sexy and affordable.

As a devoted shopper, there is little I enjoy more than hitting the pavement (or mall) to find new gems for my ever-growing wardrobe.  Yet, shopping for that perfect pair of jeans has always been a shopping expedition I used to dread. This dread disappeared when I met Lola, Farrah, Zoe, Twiggy and Joy, the five denim styles encased in red at Foxy Jeans' full service jean bar.

The holidays are fast approaching – so much holiday shopping to be done and parties to attend. On that note, most people look forward to their work Holiday party. It’s a chance to get to know your employers and co-workers out of the office and to have fun. So, what will you be wearing? Keep reading below for some useful tips…

Mardi dernier c'était soirée pyjama au Phillips Lounge de Montréal, soirée pyjama ou presque car on était pas en pyjama (le détail est de taille, on sait rester classe quand même!), mais il y avait des filles partout, du maquillage, du champagne et deux hotes qui savent recevoir: Marcelle et Annabelle, aka les cosmétiques made in Québec (et voilà qui met fin à un suspense trépidant!)

Summer has come and gone, but hopefully Mother Nature will be kind to us for at least a little longer. I’m not giving up on the warm weather just yet, and neither should you! Keep your summer glow inside and out with some affordable, key items that were trendy this season, but will transition nicely into the new season.

I adore hanging out in Chinese Quarter in Montreal. Even if it's not too big like the one in New York or San-Francisco it is still very charming place where you can eat the great Chinese food or do some cheap grocery shopping. Maxi-dress is always a perfect option for those promenades. And don’t forget about a big capacious bag of the same (or similar) print. It doesn’t always have to match your shoes, does it? ;)

As you can imagine the streets were teeming with fashion lovers, many dressed creatively... these caught my eye and I snapped them up before they were lost to the crowd again at the Festival Mode et Design de Montréal.

I was passing through Montreal's underground city near Complex Les Ailes,  when I spotted an unassumingly stylish Pascal. Luckily I had my camera on hand to capture the moment.

It was another great Canada Day parade in West Island. I thought the gentleman and the young lady below captured the spirit rather well!
