Missoni, Prada, Paul Smith. Subtle prints for Fall to remind us of spring florals

Some beautiful hints of prints; some soft, some a bit louder for Fall 2010. I love how prints can be worn all year round, its our little way of not letting go of that fun part of the summer.

My name is Marie-Leigh Toure and earlier this summer I decided to style a fashion shoot outdoors in the Botanical Garden with photographer Maceik Wilkos. The shoot was a success with beautiful pieces of lace and layers, prints and silks!

Can I keep in my excitement? No, not really! Why, you ask?
Well on November 23^rd, 200 H&M stores will open their doors on the Lanvin for H&M collection! After years of watching Lanvin shows on Fashion Television, I'll be able to get my very own french label designer dress... a little piece of french couture, a little piece of an Alber Elbaz design, and of course… it'll be Lanvin!

Canadian clothing retailer Dynamite knows how to spot the hottest trends. For Fall 2010, the company takes its trendsetting abilities to a new level with a state-of-the-art marketing initiative that maximizes on the popularity of social media. In order to create a buzz around the brand, Dynamite has created a customized viral video, now available on Dynamite.ca and on the brand’s Facebook page.

The Festival Mode & Design Montréal just wrapped up its 10^th year, with 50 fashion shows and special events. The outdoor event, which was open to the general public from August 4^th through the 7^th in the heart of downtown Montreal, had a diverse line-up of shows, including Micalla, Dom Rebel, and everything in between.
