Hilton Bonaventure 5 à 7, by the Pool
| Current Trends |
It was not just any fashion show... it was around the pool, with invited guests and current residents at the Hilton who made up the audience for that very special event. And let me not neglect to mention they were quite generous. The performances by the models were very theatrical, we managed to create a 60s 70s atmosphere, and it was stunning to watch. At their boutique, Lola and Italian Job have clothing from Valentino, DG, Gucci, Ralph Lauren and many more. Italian Job is exclusive for men and Lola for the ladies! (I also want to mention to all my ladies out there... you must take your man to Lola and Italian Job at least once, just once - you will not recognize him once Blancka puts her hands on him - she makes miracles happen! Jonathan please back me up on this one, you know what I'm talking about).
Our models had their make-up done by a professional and the photographers were also well known professionals such as Randolph Graham, Eldon Tarnowski, Nick Chan and many more. We were lucky to have internationally renowned DJ Mister Smith and was he spinning! We had Robert Champoux hosting the event and being the life of the show by jumping in the pool all dressed at the end - yes he did, and he was great! And for all the fun we had, the amazing food, and the free drinks, the proceeds of the show by Heels and Heart went towards benefiting the All Star Society which is a child care and empowerment program company based upon the philosophy and "All Star Society" way of life - All Star Society was founded in 2010 by a group of young professionals who are passionate about taking education to the next level. Our main goal is building capacity within each individual child by teaching character development skills. Our focus is to teach moral education, artistic potential, and to assist children in working collectively for the betterment of society. If you want any further information, please contact me or Alizah Whitney Johnson.
Huge thanks go out to the Hilton for hosting the event, and all the future 5 a 7 pool events as well, on their premises. Robert Champoux, Lola Italia, Italian Job, our photographers, models, volunteers and everyone who helped to make that event a roaring success. In the meanwhile, here are some images from last week's show, enjoy!
